To participate, please complete the application form and submit at least 6 weeks prior to your requested date. Dates and times are limited; therefore it is advised that you get your application in as early as possible.

Largest group size allowed for demonstration/lecture is 60 (including chaperones)
Smallest group size allowed for programming is 20 (not including chaperones)

Payment for the program is due on or before the day of the program preferably in the form of a check payable to the Anderson Foundation.
